Health standards do not let us accept any item for return that has been opened. All returns must be sealed and in original packaging.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of product receipt. We do require photographic proof of damaged items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes any discount on the order.

There is a restocking fee associated with any return. There is a $20.00 per item restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a full refund less the restocking fee and shipping fee. Your shipping costs are not refundable. If you are sending us your item, please use a trackable service and or shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned product.
